Eye liner is often considered an essential step to completing any make up look and many people won’t leave the house without a flick.
The main thing to remember with liner is that you have to keep your cool!
I will be the first to admit that I’m not great with gel and pen liners. I’m a bit old school and find a regular kohl liner the quickest and easiest way to apply. I do have a few favourites that I like to have in my kit.
Maybelline- Colour show pencil:
I think a pencil is the easiest for beginners! Any brand really works. Personal favourites are Essence, Maybelline, Rimmel, Mac. Practice and make sure the tip isn’t too pointy
Maybelline- Master precise by eye studio:
Wow! This is waterproof, smudge proof and an all rounder! Maybelline have been killing it lately. The precision tip makes this glide on like a dream and flicks super easy. First time ever I didn’t mess up with a pen like this. My new favourite product.

Mac gel liner in Black a Track:
I have been using this product religiously for a year now. If you are nervous with gels give this a try. Yes it’s a tad pricey but it will last you an age. You can gently built it up and it lasts all day.
