Today I’m doing a quick review on a primer I have been trying for two weeks.
I purchased this months ago and never really liked it. I can’t explain why but I wasn’t crazy about the texture! I found it a few weeks ago and do you know what? Thank Christ I did. If you are in need of a new primer this is one to try and just in time for the weekend.
This is a brilliant drug store product and I’m pretty certain it will suit both dry and oily skin types. As with most products, a small amount goes a long way. Before make up application apply with fingers, a sponge or a brush. Allow to soak in for a few minutes and away you go.
What Rimmel states:
“Skin perfecting formula
Visibly blurs and minimizes pores & imperfections
Skin looks instantly smoother and appears brightened”
I would agree with all of the above. My normal favourite is Mac’s Prep and Prime but this is one I will defiantly have in my kit from now on.

Pros:
– only small amount needed
– absorbs quickly
– skin is brighter
– make up genuinely does not budge for 8 hours
Cons:
– not keen on the texture ( fear of me!)
Have any of you tried this? I always feel I need to spend a lot on primers but this one has changed my mind.
